Interesting points. So often productivity is measured at the individual level.
More and more, I find myself looking into productivity of the Whole - the product team, the product org, the company - instead of the productivity of the individual software developer or product manager.
And: its probably better to limit WIP than to keep every individual at full load all the time. Smooth is slow, slow is fast.
